Forest Lake Ghouls

Each year, I allocate any of my overtime funds to putting on a Halloween Trick or Treat Display for the children and families in my area, and of course for my own entertainment. Last year, I made over 2000 lolly bags, I make a lot of my own props and always take a little annual leave for Halloween.  I have included a few photos below - I have several pets and ghouls including a smoke breathing dragon, Werewolf, ground breaker, wizards, witches, cauldrons, coffins, Morticia’s’ Chair for the Wednesdays to sit on, winged skeletons and more. Each year I add something new and yes – I dress up too.

This year, I decided to do something even more worthwhile - I am supporting Make-A-Wish this Halloween! 

Make-A-Wish® Australia creates inspirational wishes for children with critical illnesses. There are currently more than 900 kids on a Wish Journey - with every donation, we are one step closer to making the wish of every eligible Australian child come true.
