Make-A-Wish Foundation Of Australia Ltd (ACN 006 497 632) (Promoter) is conducting the Hallowish 2026 fundraising promotion (Competition).

  1. How to enter
    1. To enter the Competition, entrants must make a donation of at least $20 to the Hallowish 2026 fundraising promotion during the Promotion Period via the Promoter’s fundraising website, https://fundraise.makeawish.org.au/event/hallowish/home .
    2. Eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $20 validly fundraised and remitted during the Promotion Period.
    3. Every full $20 raised and remitted during the Promotion Period earns one (1) automatic entry. Partial amounts do not accumulate. No entries are allocated for an amount less than $20. For example, an entrant who donates $219 will receive 10 entries into the prize draw, not 11 entries.
  2. Conditions of entry
    1. Entry to the Competition is limited to people who meet all the conditions of entry.
    2. To be eligible to win the Prize, entrants must satisfy and meet the terms and conditions of both the Hallowish 2026 fundraising promotion and the conditions of entry for this Competition.
    3. Entry is open only to natural persons who permanently reside in Australia. Companies and other entities may fundraise and donate to Hallowish 2026, but are not eligible to win the Prize.
    4. The Promoter’s staff, contractors, consultants and registered volunteers, their immediate families (spouse or partner, parents (biological and adoptive), legal guardians, children (biological, adopted and stepchildren, siblings including half and step-siblings, grandparents and grandchildren) may donate funds to the Hallowish 2026 fundraising promotion, but are not eligible to win the Prize.
    5. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, refuse to award the Prize to any entrant who fails to meet or comply with the Terms and Conditions.
    6. Only one Prize will be awarded. The winner will be drawn at random and if an ineligible entry is drawn, a redraw will take place until an eligible entry is drawn.
    7. By entering the Competition, entrants consent to being identified as the Prize winner publicly in promotion-related emails, and on the Promoter’s website, subject to the conditions below.
    8. If an entrant is under 18 years of age, they must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian who will be the Promoter’s primary contact.
    9. The parent or legal guardian’s consent must include their consent to, and agreement with, these Terms and Conditions and must acknowledge that the Prize may be registered in the child’s name where the relevant State or Territory rules permit.
    10. Where State or Territory law prevents a minor from registering the Prize vehicle, the Prize will be registered in the parent’s or guardian’s name and held on trust until the minor becomes legally eligible to register the vehicle. If proof of permission is not provided, the entrant will be treated as disqualified and a redraw will take place.
    11. The parent or legal guardian also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the minor's participation in the Competition, any use of the Prize and any claim over the Prize by the minor.
    12. The Promoter shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries or damages resulting from the use of the Prize or the name in which it is registered.
  3. Prize winner criteria and selection process
    1. The Prize is Hyundai INSTER SUV Standard Range 7.1kW Motor 42.0Wh FWD. The Prize includes registration and on-road costs, but excludes ongoing insurance and running costs.
    2. The winner will be drawn at random by the Promoter using a software program. The draw will occur at 11am (AEST), 11 November 2026, at Make A Wish Australia, Level 1 4/12 Amsterdam Street, Richmond VIC 3121.
    3. The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters relating to the competition. No appeal is available, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    4. The winner will be notified in writing via email and by phone call within five (5) business days of the draw. The winner's details will also be published at http://www.hallowish.org.au for three (3) months. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the Promoter reserves the right to keep the winner’s identity anonymous, but may disclose details about them that do not identify the person, eg their town or suburb.
    5. The Prize will be available for collection by prior arrangement with the Promoter within 2 months of the announcement of the winner, from Hyundai dealership closest to the winner’s home (unless advised otherwise), subject to requirements of the relevant State or Territory.
    6. If the Prize is not claimed or the winner is deemed ineligible, the Promoter will conduct a redraw at the same location at 10.00 am (AEDT) on 23 February 2027, subject to regulatory approval in the relevant State or Territory.
    7. The Prize is not transferable (except as set out in these conditions) and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value to the Prize, subject to the approval of any relevant authority.
    8. The Promoter and its representatives will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of the Prize.
    9. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (other than as caused by the Promoter’s negligence) relating to this Competition or the awarding or taking of the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
  4. Privacy

    The Promoter may collect entrants’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy to conduct the Competition, including awarding the Prize. If entrants do not provide information when requested by the Promoter, then their entry may be considered invalid.

  5. General

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

    The Promoter may amend these Terms subject to State/Territory regulatory approval where required.
