Baking Wishes, Making a Difference 🧁✨
This year, I’m taking part in Make-A-Wish’s Bake-a-Wish Day and raising money to help bring joy, hope and unforgettable experiences to children living with serious illnesses.
As a nurse, I’ve seen firsthand how much illness can impact not only children, but their families too. While the medical care we provide is so important, I’ve also seen how meaningful it can be to have something to look forward to — a moment of happiness, a special memory, or simply a reason to smile during what can be an incredibly difficult time.
I’ve always had a love for baking, especially creating cakes and sweet treats, so Bake-a-Wish felt like the perfect opportunity to combine something I love with a cause that means so much to me.
I’ll be baking up some goodies to share with friends, family and my community, with the hope of raising as much as possible for Make-A-Wish. Every donation, no matter how big or small, can help make a difference to a child and their family.
