Hi, I’m Nina, and I absolutely love baking sourdough. What started as a hobby has turned into a real passion. With flour, vibrant colours, my one-year-old sourdough starter, and a lot of patience, I create rainbow sourdough that’s a little different from your everyday loaf.
I love experimenting and showing that sourdough doesn’t have to be plain or savoury. It can be colourful, creative, and full of personality. Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked by my own hands, making each one completely unique.
This year, I’m incredibly excited to be part of Bake A Wish 2026. Knowing that something I love doing can help raise money for children who need it most means so much to me.
