Cooking up a storm !!!
These last few weekends I have been cooking up a variety of gluten free items for the Bake A Wish morning tea on 23/8/2022. Orange almond muffins, boysenberry coconut slice, chocolate muffins, and this current weekend, two quiche slices - classic "lorraine" with bacon and gruyere cheese, plus spinach and leek with fetta and parmesan. I had my husband Alex do a taste test on the quiches and was given the "thumbs up". Looking forward to a great morning on 23/8/2022 at White Lady Funerals, 65 Nind Street , Southport at 10.30am .I’m baking wishes come true for seriously ill kids
