As a mother of a daughter with a disability, I have come to understand how precious health, childhood, and the opportunity to simply be a child truly are.
Life can already be challenging for families, and when a child faces health challenges, the journey can become even harder. No parent should have to navigate those moments without hope, support, or a little light to hold on to.
I believe one of the most meaningful things we can do in life is give—not because we expect anything in return, but because we have the opportunity to make someone else's world a little brighter.
That's why I have chosen to support Make-A-Wish Australia. Every child deserves moments of joy, magic, and hope, especially those facing serious illnesses. Sometimes, a wish is so much more than a dream coming true; it can create beautiful memories, bring families closer, and offer something positive to look forward to during difficult times.
I may not be able to change every family's circumstances, but I can contribute to something that makes a difference.
