Make-A-Wish Foundation of Australia Limited (ABN 97 006 497 632) ("Promoter") is conducting the Walk for Wish Kids 2026 fundraising promotion.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all incentives and prize draws associated with this promotion.
By entering or participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

How to Enter
a) All eligible participants who sign up for Walk for Wish Kids 2026 via the Promoter’s Funraisin fundraising platform between 16 February 2026 – 11:59pm on 30 April 2026 will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.
b) Only natural persons residing in Australia are eligible.
c) Participants aged 17 years or under must have parent or guardian permission. All communication must be conducted by the parent/guardian.
d) Make-A-Wish staff and their immediate families are not eligible.
e) Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
Prize
- One (1) Visa Gift Card valued at $150.
- Visa Gift Card is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.
Draw Details
- The draw will take place on Wednesday 6 May 2026.
- The winner will be notified by phone and/or email before Friday 8 May 2026.
- The prize will be shipped to the winner within 4–6 weeks of the draw.
- The Promoter may publicly identify the winner by first name in Walk for Wish Kids email communications or on the event website.
$25 Fundraising Incentive – Shoelaces + Fundraising Toolkit
Participants who raise $25 or more on their individual fundraising page will receive:
- One (1) pair of Walk for Wish Kids shoelaces
- One (1) Walk for Wish Kids fundraising toolkit
Conditions
a) “Raised” refers to funds banked and verified on theFunraisinplatform in accordance with Campaign instructions.b) Eligibility applies to funds raised and banked between 16 February 2026 – 11:59pm on 19 April 2026
c) Incentives will be mailed between 16 February – 20 April 2026.
d) Only one (1) incentive per person.
e) Open to Australian residents only.
f) Make-A-Wish staff and their immediate families are not eligible.
g) Participants aged 17 years or under require parent/guardian permission. Without proof, the incentive will not be awarded.
h) Shoelaces are not suitable for children under the age of 3.
i) The Promoter may refuse to award the incentive if Terms and Conditions are not met.
j) Incentives are available while stocks last. If stock is exhausted, the Promoter may substitute with an item of equal value.

General Conditions for All Incentives and Prize Draws
b) Companies and organisations may fundraise but are not eligible to receive incentives or prizes.
c) The Promoter may verify identity, eligibility and fundraising amounts.
d) The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected communications or mail.
e) Incentives and prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
f) The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
g) The Promoter may amend or withdraw incentives at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
h) Participation constitutes consent for the Promoter to identify prize or incentive recipients by first name in promotional email communications or online unless otherwise requested.
i) All prize draws for Walk for Wish Kids 2026 will take place on Wednesday 6 May 2026. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email before Friday 8 May 2026, and prizes will be shipped within 4–6 weeks of the draw.
