Your support to Make-A-Wish will make a world of difference to hundreds of Australian kids with critical illnesses. From the simple to the seemingly impossible, wishes complement medical treatment, working to calm, distract and empower sick children when they need it most. When a wish is realised, a child discovers that despite their situation, anything is possible.

'If you could wish for anything, what would it be?

If you were a child with a life-threatening illness but still had a spark of imagination and creativity, how would it feel if someone could make your wildest creation a reality? During the weeks, months, or years of treatment, these kids rarely have the opportunity to simply be kids and enjoy the moments we take for granted. The impact of Make-A-Wish on a young boy I once knew was remarkable, from the anticipation of his wish coming true to the moment it arrived, and the lasting effect it had on his family and community even after he passed. It gave perspective to the fragility of life and the importance and magnitude of the little things done with great love 💓.

Before the boys can even look to succeed in their homeschool business project, it is essential to grasp the foundations beyond greed and ego, including comprehending different life circumstances, exhibiting true resilience and strength of character, and fostering love, unity and mutual support throughout both good and bad times.
