Welcome to Marriott International Month of Giving Raffle!

As part of the Marriott International Month of Giving, hotels across the Marriott network in Melbourne have donated fantastic raffle prizes to raise funds for Make-A-Wish Australia.

The raffle will run from 18 August 2023 until 9am on 1 September 2023, offering the chance to spoil yourself rotten! Tickets are $20 each, or $50 for three, with all the proceeds going to help Wishes come true for critically ill kids across Australia. The prize winners will be drawn at 10am on 1 September 2023.

Marriott International Raffle for Make-A-Wish Australia – 18/08/2023 

FUNDRAISER PARTICULARS  

1. This raffle is being run by Make-A-Wish Foundation of Australia Ltd ACN 006 497 632 of Level 1, 4-12 Amsterdam Street, Richmond, VIC 3121
2. This raffle is only open to those who purchase raffle tickets and are over the age of 18.
3. Make-A-Wish is permitted to sell up to 1,602 tickets in this raffle. 
4. The Raffle commences at 8am AEST on 18 August 2023 and close at 9am AEST on 01 September 2023.
5. The prize winners will be drawn at 10am on 01 September 2023 at Make-A-Wish Australia Head Office, located at Level 1, 4-12 Amsterdam Street, Richmond, VIC 3121
6. Winners will be notified by phone to arrange collection of prize vouchers and published on this website.
7. Single ticket pricing $20 each. 3 tickets pricing $50. The benefitting organisation is Make-A-Wish Australia.

* Voucher is valid until 31 December 2024. This certificate is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Blackout dates may apply. Gift voucher card must be presented on arrival at the hotel.

GENERAL 

1. Information on how to enter and details of prizes form part of these Terms. Entry into the raffle and/or draw(s) detailed below is deemed acceptance of these Terms and entrants warrant that they are not prohibited from accepting a prize.  
2. Entries are open only to those who purchase raffle tickets and are over the age of 18.
3. All entries received and processed prior to the closing time are automatically entered into the relevant raffle. Only entries that have been paid for in full will be included in the draw. Only Australian currency is accepted as payment for an entry. 
4. Make-A-Wish accepts no liability for any tax implications that may arise from winning a prize. 
5. Winning ticket numbers and winners’ details are validated against records held in our database and all draws are final. Where Make-A-Wish is unable to verify or contact a winner or any prize remains unclaimed, the laws of the state governing the raffle will be followed in relation to a redraw if applicable or otherwise disposal of the prize. 
6. Make-A-Wish reserves the right to cancel any draw at any time for any reason and disqualify entries for non-compliance with these Terms. 
7. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and some staging accessories and decorative items may not be included in the prize. 
8. Make-A-Wish and Marriott International is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of claiming or taking any prizes, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. If Marriott International is unable to provide a winner with their prize, Marriott International reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of equal value, subject to any written directions from the relevant State or Territory gaming departments. 
9. Make-A-Wish is committed to protecting your privacy. Make-A-Wish collects, uses and discloses personal information in order to perform its functions and activities in accordance with our charitable objectives. Unless you choose to opt out, Make-A-Wish may contact you about our campaigns, and provide you with promotional material or sponsor offers. Services may be rejected if requested information is not provided.
