Thomas Runs for Make-A-Wish
Hi everyone,
On the 25th of October, I will be running the Bondi to Manly 80km Ultra Marathon. As part of this, I am looking to raise funds for Make-A-Wish Australia.
My friend, Andrew, received a wish from Make-A-Wish as he battled cancer. While Andrew sadly passed, I was able to see first-hand the amount of joy that his wish brought him, his family and his friends.
After speaking with Andrew's parents recently, it is clear to me that this positive memory is enduring and meaningful to us all.
I am hoping to help bring this experience to other children and their families who are in the most challenging of circumstances.
