Ride for Wish Kids 2025 Terms and Conditions

• People who sign-up and self-donate greater than or equal to $20 between 01/03/2025-31/03/2025 made to their fundraising page will receive the following prize if they meet the specified conditions:
• Exclusive Make-A-Wish Australia - Ride for Wish Kids water bottle

*Please note, the prize will be sent out beginning 15/02/2025.

Entry details: 

• Entry to the Competition is limited to people who have signed up to the Make-A-Wish Australia "Ride for Wishes" event, and validly self-donate greater than or equal to $20 (between 01/03/2025-31/03/2025, or within availability) in the Make-A-Wish Australia fundraising event “Ride for Wish Kids” (the Campaign) finishing on 31 March 2025.
• Make-A-Wish staff and their immediate families are disqualified from winning a prize. Entry is only open to people living in Australia at the time of the event.
• Entry to the Competition is limited to natural persons and the prize will not be awarded to a company or entity of any other kind.
• The Prizes will be posted out from 01/03/2025-31/03/2025.
• To qualify to win a prize, entrants must meet all terms and conditions of both the Campaign and this Competition.
• If a registrant is 17 years of age or under, they must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter the Competition and all communication with Make-A-Wish Australia must be undertaken by the parent or guardian. If proof of permission is not provided, the prize will be treated as not having been awarded. 
• Make-A-Wish Australia may in its absolute discretion refuse to award any Prize to any entrant who fails to meet or comply with these Terms and Conditions and the Campaign Terms and Conditions. 
• Any reference to “raised” in the prize winner criteria means raised and banked in accordance with the Campaign instructions. 
• Only one Prize per person will be awarded.

• All qualifying people who register and participate in the Ride for Wish Kids Campaign and who have self-donated greater than or equal to $20 and banked funds between 01/03/2025-31/03/2025 as at midnight on 1 March 2025 will be sent a water bottle. The Prize will be posted starting 1 March 2025.

The Prize will be posted starting 1 March 2025.

Ride for Wish Kids 2025 Terms and Conditions - Prize - Marin Nicasio Plus 650b - Steel Gravel Urban Bike

• People who sign-up and fundraise $50 made to their fundraising page between 18/02/2025 - 31/03/2025 , if they meet the Conditions of Entry, will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw to be drawn for the following prize :
• X1 Marin Nicasio Plus 650b - Steel Gravel Urban Bike valued at $1,499

*Please note, the prize will be sent out after the campaign ends (31/03/2025)

Conditions of Entry: 

• Entry to the Competition is limited to people who have signed up to the Make-A-Wish Australia "Ride for Wish Kids" event in previous years. They will receive one (1) entry for every validly fundraised $50 (between 18/02/2025 - 31/03/2025) in the Make-A-Wish fundraising event “Ride for Wish Kids” (the Campaign) finishing on 31 March 2025.
• Any reference to “raised” in the prize winner criteria means raised and banked in accordance with the Campaign instructions. 
• Make-A-Wish staff and their immediate families (spouse or partner, parents (biological and adoptive), legal guardians, children (biological, adopted and stepchildren, siblings including half and step-siblings, grandparents and grandchildren) are disqualified from winning a prize.
• Entry is only open to people living in Australia at the time of the event.
• Entry to the Competition is limited to natural persons and the prize will not be awarded to a company or similar entity.
• The Prize will be available for collection following the campaign’s end date (31/03/2025)
• To qualify to win a Prize, entrants must meet the terms and conditions of both the Ride for Wish Kids Campaign and the Conditions of Entry for this Competition. Make-A-Wish Australia may in its absolute discretion refuse to award the Prize to any entrant who fails to meet or comply with these Terms and Conditions
• If a registrant is under 18 years of age, they must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter the Competition and all communication with Make-A-Wish Australia must be via the parent or guardian. If proof of permission is not provided, the Prize will be treated as not having been awarded. 
• Only one Prize will be awarded.
• Make-A-Wish Australia reserves the right to publish the name of the winner in a Ride for Wish Kids email journey. By entering the Competition, you consent to being identified publicly in the email journey if you are the prize winner. 

Prize winner criteria and selection process - x1 Marin Nicasio Plus 650b - Steel Gravel Urban Bike

• All qualifying people who register and participate in the Ride for Wish Kids Campaign and who have fundraised and banked $50 for each entry (by self-donation or from an external supporter) between 18/02/2025 - 31/03/2025 will go in the draw to win 1 Marin Nicasio Plus 650b - Steel Gravel Urban Bike valued at $1,499.
• The draw will take place at 10am (AEST) on Tuesday, 1 April at the Promoter’s offices in Melbourne.
• The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters relating to the competition and no appeal is available and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The Winner will be notified in writing via email within five (5) business days of being selected and will also be published at www.rideforwishkids.org.au for a period of three (3) months.
• If for any reason a Winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.

Ride for Wish Kids Terms & Conditions 2025
Dollar Matched Day 

During the Ride for Wish Kids event in March 2025, there will be two Dollar Match Days (DMD) to incentivise participants and boost their fundraising efforts.

A valued partner of Make-A-Wish Australia has committed a specified amount of funds to match donations received by participants on Tuesday, 18th March, from 9am AEST until the total allocated funds are depleted, or within 48 hours, whichever occurs first. The second DMD will occur on Thursday 27 MAch, starting at 9am AEST, and completing only when funds are exhausted. 

On the first specified DMD, each donation received will be doubled. On the second specified DMD, each donation received will be tripled.

Details of the DMDs are as follows:

• The Dollar Match Day will be held on Tuesday, 18th March 2025, from 9am AEST until funds are depleted, or within 48 hours, whichever occurs first.
• The total funds available for matching on this day is $8,500 AUD, generously provided by Bikes Online.

• The Dollar Match Day will be held on Thursday, 27th March 2025, from 9am AEST until funds are depleted.
• The total funds available for matching on this day is $5,000 AUD, generously provided by Bikes Online.
